RJ Barnes, Director of Operations,

RJ Barnes has been a licensed administrator since 1993. RJ served in the Navy for 4 years, and received his Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation. He started working in the senior care industry as an Activity Director, and has had the fortune to be part of some excellent teams. RJ has earned Quality Awards from the American Health Care Association for his work in senior living

RJ is an avid hunter and fisherman, making Oregon’s Bay Area a perfect fit for him. He is excited about being a part of the wonderful Baycrest team and living on the coast.
