Comprehensive Nursing and Rehabilitative Care
Baycrest Village Health Center is a 76-bed care facility offering comprehensive nursing and therapy services to residents with complex medical needs.

Individuals come to Baycrest Village Health Center with a wide range of medical, nursing and rehabilitation needs. Many of our residents have been recently hospitalized and need further rehabilitative care but no longer require the intensive monitoring and attention provided in an acute-care setting. Some seek short-term therapy for conditions that don’t require a hospital stay and others require longer stays to meet their complex medical needs. At Baycrest Village, they find comprehensive medical services and expert rehabilitation professionals.

Intermediate Care
Intermediate Care at Baycrest Village provides continuous 24 hour-a-day caregivers and nursing, which includes personal care and support activities.

Skilled Care
Services of Baycrest Village Health Center are provided by our staff in a manner that is encouraging and understanding of each resident’s particular needs. Our licensed nurses are well trained to care for the often complex needs of our residents. They are assisted by a team of physical, occupational, speech therapists and aides, who are available six days a week. This means therapy can be arranged to best meet our residents’ schedules.

Prior to discharge, a member of our Social Services team helps prepare each resident to return home or to another living setting.
